As our Direct Marketing Manager 

As a Direct Marketing manager, you will oversee implementation, expansion, and maintenance of our direct channels (Email, Push Notification, and SMS) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. You will focus on achieving quarterly KPIS and ensure optimization of all your campaigns to drive value and scale as we grow.


  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across different performance channels to assist in growing revenue and user engagement with our business
  • Work closely with the product and development team to implement events needed to build successful journey campaigns
  • Navigate and stay up to date with crypto legislation to ensure your campaigns remain compliant around the world. Will require you to maintain a good working relationship with legal
  • Working closely with the content team to develop email campaigns that are both always on advertising and seasonally relevant. Where possible, to cut down on time, you should be able to write marketing emails yourself or with minimum assistance
  • Evaluate current marketing channel performance and expansion of new channels
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and initiatives, and campaigns to find insights that will allow both yourself and other members of the marketing team to be more effective in their roles
  • Experience with data-driven CRM tools (ex. Amplitude), data visualization tools (ex. Tableau), and MMP (ex. Appsflyer)
  • Deep understanding of how direct marketing and personalization can lead to commercial results
  • Routinely create reports for management, including on audience demographics, Lifetime value, campaign and channel effectiveness
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Run experiments to improve always-on campaigns and templates for season campaigns
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in Direct marketing. Seeking ideas that may allow us to leapfrog our competitors

What we want you to have

  • 5+ years of experience in direct marketing
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Self-starter with a to-do attitude to implement change and achieve results

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in a Cryptocurrency exchange or Blockchain industry
  • Fluent with other languages
  • Korean citizenship or PR
  • Early Startup experience
