What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.
  • Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
  • Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
  • Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of our user base.
  • Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.

What We Look For In You

  • Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurship mentality.
  • A passion for crypto and digital assets.
  • Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
  • Fluency in another European language.

Nice to Haves

  • Relevant experience at a crypto exchange.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with local regulators, public agencies, and government representatives.
  • Global exposure and cross-culture mindset.
