Job Description: 

As the CMO, you will be the driving force behind Ironblocks' brand voice and marketing strategies. You will spearhead efforts to elevate our brand awareness, promote our vision, and showcase our groundbreaking cybersecurity products to the world. We seek a dynamic individual with a passion for cutting-edge technology, a deep understanding of B2B enterprise marketing, and an unwavering commitment to promoting Web3 security.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product promotion in the Web3 and DeFi industries.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI and user engagement across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including presentations, videos, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Oversee the company's online presence and manage website content and updates.
  • Identify target audiences and market trends through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze data insights, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices, integrating innovative strategies into our marketing efforts.
  • Drive continuous growth and expansion by identifying new marketing opportunities and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise B2B marketing, focusing on the cybersecurity or blockchain industry.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in marketing management from a cybersecurity or related Web3 company.
  • Proficient in copywriting and content creation with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IoT/OT cyber and the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Creative, innovative, and data-driven with a passion for quick learning and adapting to dynamic situations.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Mailchimp, Salesforce, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
