We are setting out on an ambitious journey with our NFT project and are in search of a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand into the future. Our goal is to create a global brand that seamlessly integrates Web2 and Web3, starting with NFT projects and expanding into music production, an animation studio, game production, merchandise, and many more. Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a robust marketing strategy to build and expand the brand globally.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that bridge traditional (Web2) and decentralized (Web3) platforms.
- Lead marketing efforts for NFT launches, including community engagement, collaborations, and innovative promotional strategies.
- Strategize and lay the groundwork for future expansions into music production, animation, game production, and merchandise.
- Define and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the website and other digital platforms to ensure they align with the brand’s visual identity and strategy.
- Utilize a mix of digital, social media, influencer, and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Use analytics and market research to inform strategies, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CMO or similar role, with a strong track record in brand building and marketing.
- Deep understanding of both Web2 and Web3 landscapes.
- Experience in marketing for NFTs and a vision for future ventures in music, animation, gaming, and merchandise.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in launching and marketing NFT projects.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized platforms.
- Background in the entertainment industry, particularly in music, animation, and gaming.
- Familiarity with global markets and cultural nuances.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with the anime industry, having a keen understanding of its culture and audience.
- Experience working on top NFT projects or related marketing campaigns that have achieved significant recognition.
- An established network within the anime and music community, including contacts with influential creators, artists, studios, and platforms.
- Connections, access, and knowledge of the East Asian market, including countries such as South Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, etc.
