YOU AGAIN:   

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to play a leading role in providing our clients and our joint projects with them with Agile mindsets and ways of working. As Agile Coach, you will use your knowledge, experience, ability, and creativity to guide our delivery projects and clients in achieving better results through improved training, understanding and alignment on Agile values and adherence to empirical approach and result focus. 

You will coach, mentor and guide people and teams in discovering the best solutions for their specific department challenges. You will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and practices to recommend and implement improvements in streamline processes and organizational efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across both PALO IT and client organizations, working with a variety of stakeholders and helping teams to deliver the right products effectively and predictably.  

You thrive on challenges and are willing to play and experiment. You are always curious and open to learning new things. You embrace changes and are comfortable dealing with them. You have a background with mastery in at least one other area, such as software development, but it does not constrain or define you. 

• Acting as a leader within PALO IT’s Agile Hive and mentoring our other Agile practitioners 
• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the sustainable adoption of agile best practices 
• Define scope, timelines, value proposition and key measurements for delivery planning of projects and entire Agile transformations 
• Embed Agile values and principles in the enterprise, reflected in their mindset and culture changes, ensuring the organization is at the forefront of industry best practice 

• Develop strong, effective working relationships with Business Line and key stakeholders to effectively execute projects and embed Agile sustainability practices 
• Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them 
• Guide teams to help them stay on track using agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met, and through coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitated learning 
• Lead agile workshops and training for both development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders 

STILL YOU:   

• 3+ years of experience working directly as a Coach, including Agile Coaching certification 
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments 
• Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, facilitating, coaching, collaborating and team building 
• An excellent communicator (written and verbal) and motivator, willing to challenge the status quo and grow peers and clients
• Superb time management and prioritization skills with ability to execute multiple initiatives within a larger portfolio
• Experience running and delivering agile projects of varying sizes, complexities and contexts such as different industries. 
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS, etc)
• International and cross-cultural professional experience
• Ability to build trust and earn respect at all levels of a company
• An applicable bachelor’s degree is required 

Your technical environment 

• Digital projects: web, tablet and mobile applications# Understanding of systems engineering concepts, ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business case studies, translating and simplifying requirements, management and communication 
• Transformation projects: DevOps, architecture, private/hybrid/external cloud 
• Technologies: JavaScript: Angular, React, Vue, Node, iOS, Android, Flutter, Go, Backbone; HTML5; CSS3, Clojure; Java; J2EE; Ruby; Devops/Cloud; Big Data;  IoT; Artificial Intelligence; Blockchain 
• Agile and Scrum methodologies 

Your role as PALO IT Ambassador 

You will be invited to take part in R&D works done within our Practices. You will have the chance to assist or be a speaker at must-attend international IT conferences. You will have the opportunity to write articles for our Blog or specialized press. Genuine ambassador of PALO IT, you will present our offers and take an active role in the development of the company. In addition, you will contribute to the social, environmental and purpose driven objectives and initiatives of PALO IT in order to positively impact our environment, customers, communities and ourselves as an organization and individual.
