This role and our entire company are remote, but applicants in North American time zones are preferred. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will... Engage potential candidates using social media and through different professional networks Draft sourcing and follow-up emails to prospective candidates Identify qualified candidate profiles using various techniques (e.g. Boolean search) Prescreen and manage candidates' pipelines for various roles (IT and non-IT) Report and maintain candidate databases (Lever and AmazingHiring) Work closely with the Head of People and the executive team to organize our recruiting strategy and boost recruitment efforts.
