We are a crypto market maker that provides start-up seed funding, mentorship, advisory, data analytics, and fintech software solutions. The company is expanding its crypto trading and market-making capacities and is looking to add low latency development talent to the team.

Candidates, working remotely fulltime, will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with a small team of Investment professionals across CeFi & DeFi. Enthusiast senior technologists, with a desire to work in a fast-paced innovative environmen,t are ideal for this role. The objective is to hire the best and encourage them to innovate and break boundaries

We are looking for a delta-1/optionmarket making trader join our market-making desk.

Candidates can sit remotely full-time and contribute to the development of new and creative strategies that will take our trading algorithms and platforms to the next level.

Team members will have the autonomy to move fast, innovate and take responsibility.

Requirements:

• A doctorate/master's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, econometrics.
• Previous trading experience in cryptocurrency a plus
• Proficient dealing with equity derivatives products/pricing/modelling, with specific knowledge in option pricing
• Deep experience in derivatives risk and portfolio optimization
• Ability to explain / visualize / simulate derivatives market data
• Experience in back-testing strategies
• Proficient using Java, Python (and potentially C++ / javascript)
• Keen learner that continues to upgrade data science skillsCapable of documenting model development and able to communicate with people from different teams

Responsibilities:

• Help design, develop and enhance state-of-the-art risk management and pricing tools
• Develop analytics to come up with optimal derivatives portfolio hedging schemes
• Back test hedging strategies across market regimes
• Develop derivative strategies for pricing /analytics
• Involve in projects from requirements capture through to delivery
• Work closely with fellow traders and IT to deliver automation tools
