Web3 Digital Assets Operations Specialist

As the Digital Assets Operations Specialist, you will help to grow the existing tastyworks cryptocurrency offering while playing a key role in its expansion into the de-fi and web3 space.

In this role you will be pivotal in helping to shape the tastyworks crypto product offering while building meaningful experiences for tastyworks customers as they enter the fast-growing cryptocurrency markets.

What you’ll do:

• Drive increased collaboration between the digital assets, brokerage operations, customer support, and development teams.
• Work closely with digital asset team lead to oversee the expansion of our existing cryptocurrency product offerings and the implementation of go to market strategies to support the launch of future products and services.
• Collaborate with internal risk, compliance, and other business stakeholders to establish operations procedures related to cryptocurrency products and services.
• Monitor and aid internal stakeholders regarding changes to or major events in the cryptocurrency space.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities internally and across the evolving cryptocurrency market landscape.
• Explore new opportunities with vendors, crypto service providers, or associated entities to keep tastyworks strategically positioned within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Assist internal client service team/trade desk team with technical aspects of crypto market activity.
• Monitor and report on data dashboards related to business performance
• Help to manage day-to-day project deliverables.

Who you are:

• Previous experience working in an operations or management role at a tech, financial services, or fintech firm. - Experience at a crypto or blockchain related organization is a plus.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and de-fi protocols.
• Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.
• Familiarity with regulated financial services businesses.
• Familiarity with one or more of Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Policy.
• Comfortable with product ownership and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with working in a globally distributed team.
