About the Role:

Splash Financial is seeking a Lender Success associate to help manage our growing network of lender. This individual will play an important role, partnering with the Director as the point of contact for lenders. Effective candidates for this position will help increase lender engagement, maintain exceptional levels of service by responding to lender needs, questions and requests. This candidate should also be an analytical, tech-savvy communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients.

What you'll do at Splash:

• Work with lenders to ensure requests are delivered in a timely manner
• Understand lender concerns and address them appropriately, knowing when to seek out help from others
• Develop good working relationships with internal departments including individuals from IT, Lending, Credit and/or Operations
• Ensure that the owning departments is aware of any key deliverables and project milestones
• Serve as a liaison internally and externally
• Communicate client issues and requests to our developers/product teams and create solutions with them
• Keep management up-to-date on any client risks, major changes and other important details
• Cross-functional development with product, development, sales and other internal teams to further understand the entire client life cycle
• Partnership with Director of Lender Success to develop additional skills/talents

What you'll bring to Splash:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 1+ year experience in lending or underwriting; in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of related experience
• Demonstrates fundamental understanding of general banking and lending functions, loan structures and terminology
• Self motivated, a great planner, exercises excellent judgment and handles challenges with positivity
• Ability to build client relationships, manage multiple clients, and set expectations appropriately through clear, digestible communication
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions and utilize resources with limited direction from the supervisor
• Demonstrates clear oral and written communication and can communicate effectively cross-functionally
