Responsibilities:

• Perform and review accounting entries for the Smart Valor entities including for digital assets! This is something completely new and exciting, and no doubt a great learning experience
• Work closely with outsourced accounting suppliers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany 
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to deliver the company-wide budget
• Assist with the preparation of the monthly/quarterly financial reports for our investors and board of directors
• Own and improve the current supplier invoicing process 
• Support the audit process to ensure the successful completion of audited statements on an annual basis
• Work closely with colleagues from across Europe on exciting, ad-hoc projects 
• Improve, improve, improve our current processes. The sky is the limit for helping to establish the most efficient processes possible! 

What you’ll need: 

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance 
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts 
• Microsoft Office Excel guru
• Experience in working with outsourced accounting suppliers an advantage
• Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies a must 
• High degree of initiative and ability to work independently with a proactive and challenging “can do” mentality 
• Willingness to go the extra mile
• Language Skills: English essential and German an advantage 
• Precision, trustworthiness, dependability
