Digital assets - from native layer 1 tokens to ETFs and RWAs - are becoming an increasingly prevalent asset class. As the environment continues to evolve alongside regulation and institutional and consumer adoption, we must be thoughtful and decisive about the strategies and resource investments we pursue. We are seeking to bring aboard a team member with the drive and experience to help us execute mission-critical strategies, drive client acquisition,  and impact our business on a global scale.

Technical Skills:

• Drive Anchorage Digital’s strategy and go-to-market for our Wealth and Asset Management platform, with a strong understanding of the tech offering and market landscape.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

• Generate and close a pipeline of opportunities across RIA’s and wealth managers for platform business line and build meaningful long-term relationships with our clients.
• Work with senior management to create a targeted strategy for the business leveraging all of the internal resources available, from product, engineering, marketing, to business operations and client experience.

Organizational Knowledge:

• Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers.
• Collaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively influencing and executing the strategy for Wealth platform expansion.

Communication and Influence:

• Collaborate effectively across the organization to provide feedback from clients and drive momentum in the product.
• Deliver regular updates to Leadership around progress and new initiatives.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• Significant, meaningful, and relevant wealth and Asset management services and client management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading supporting strategic and complex projects, are able to break them down into simple initiatives, and manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
• A deep knowledge and understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, and can draw upon this to influence the strategic direction of Anchorage Digital.
• Some combination of the following: creativity, flexibility, curiosity, collaboration, and humbleness, and use this to serve as a knowledge leader and partner to other villagers.

Compensation at Anchorage Ditital:

• Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
• Compensation Range: $172,000 - $245,000/yr - this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required.  ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks. For sales and business development roles, the range provided is the On Target Earnings (“OTE”) which is inclusive of base salary + sales commissions/bonuses targets for the position.
