About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain internally built financial system and manage daily system operations.Provide systematic solutions for operational issues.
• Establish and optimize the process management system and operational mechanisms in the finance domain. Provide support within the finance department and cross functional teams to plan, design, and optimize processes, including but not limited to process design, process documentations, and driving process improvement.
• Understand the financial system needs and oversee system / feature development and implementation. Provide project management and delivery support.
• Continuously adapt and improve our financial systems based on the Company's growth needs.

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial IT, process optimization, financial system product management, financial system implementation, and operational expertise.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, adept at fostering cross-team collaboration, and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to effectively utilize both internal and external resources to drive holistic solutions and successful implementation.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is strongly preferred, considering the stakeholder demographics.
