We are currently looking for a Crypto Asset Manager to join our team.

Tasks

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Crypto Asset Manager to join our team. As a Crypto Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of our organization's crypto asset portfolio. You will leverage your expertise in cryptocurrency markets, investment strategies, and risk management to make informed decisions that maximize returns while ensuring the security and compliance of our assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the management, growth, and diversification of our organization's crypto asset portfolio. Monitor and analyze market trends, assess investment opportunities, and make informed decisions to optimize the portfolio's performance
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of various cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities. Evaluate the risks and rewards associated with different assets and formulate investment strategies accordingly
• Execute trades on different cryptocurrency exchanges to buy, sell, and rebalance the portfolio holdings. Monitor market conditions, execute trades at optimal prices, and ensure compliance with trading regulations and internal policies
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the portfolio against market volatility, liquidity risks, and security breaches. Monitor and assess risk exposures, set appropriate risk limits, and implement measures to mitigate potential losses
• Monitor the performance of the crypto asset portfolio and generate regular reports to provide insights into investment returns, portfolio composition, and risk metrics. Present performance reports to stakeholders and make recommendations for portfolio adjustments
• Stay updated with the evolving regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement robust compliance frameworks and processes to mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with crypto asset management

Requirements

Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Crypto Asset Manager role
• Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
• Additional certifications or specialized training in cryptocurrency or asset management are advantageous
• Proven track record of delivering strong investment performance in the crypto market
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of different cryptocurrencies, their underlying technologies, and associated risks
• Proficiency in investment analysis
• Familiarity with order types, trading algorithms, and market analysis tools used in cryptocurrency trading
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Great at organising, prioritizing, and multitasking
