About the Role: Amun 21Shares is looking for a global Social Media and Content Manager based out of our NYC office. The Social Media and Content Manager will join a fast-paced and nimble in-house Communications and Marketing team supporting our parent company, as well as our 21Shares and Amun brands. This highly motivated person will create a global social media strategy for both 21Shares and Amun brands as well as facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels. In addition, this role will oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives. This role will also play a vital part in creating content for the social media, marketing, and communications teams. What you will be doing: Create a global social media strategy for our parent company, as well as our 21Shares and Amun brands Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels Work with communications to create and implement social media strategies monthly Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Discord, Telegram, and LinkedIn Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives Create content for the social media, marketing, and communications teams What you need to be great in this role: 3-5 years of social media management experience is a must Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, or TweetDeck, or if you have another platform that should be utilized Become a crypto nerd – have the desire to follow and understand current events and how the media covers them General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention Strong understanding of marketing/communications strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once Strong writing skills required Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field Startup mentality and experience a plus Who you are: Thoughtful and excited for a challenge Extreme attention to detail Exceptional writing and editing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to create a strategy and manage it day to day This is a Hybrid position. Monday - Wednesday, in the office, and Thursday-Friday, work from home.
