Your Responsibilities: Develop and drive internal communications that inform and inspire employees. Engage the team with the company’s vision, cultural values, projects & initiatives. Work closely with SM, PR, Marketing, and HR to plan and execute long-term multimedia and multi-channel communication campaigns (incl. events, video, etc.). Develop communication plans and long-term content and publish in internal and external channels. Support other areas, such as Software Engineering, and P&CHR, and deepen the relationship with key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Marketing, and PR) to bring stories to life. Manage the internal comms calendar across all channels and different formats (Slack, Events, Email) in a diverse and dynamic environment Work with team members from PR, Marketing, P&C PA, CSR, and critical stakeholders from departments across the company to gather content. Research, write, edit, and publish communications with outstanding attention to quality and accuracy. Serve as a trusted internal communications partner and strategic advisor for the whole team. What Makes You Stand Out: University degree in Journalism, Marketing or another relevant field; Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques; Strong understanding of branding, so you are able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires; Strong project management skills; Strong negotiation skills; You are solution-oriented and have a customer-centric mindset. A good team player; Proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
