Web3 Communication Specialist

You Are The Creator: Work with key internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives. Research and write press releases, executive scripts and messaging for interviews and speaking engagements, content for the company’s website, infographics, blogs and newsletters. Draft content for social media, determine the optimal social calendar, based on social initiatives, and community management. Acquire detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments. Produce a high-quality and error-free copy in line with the company's brand and style guide. Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team. Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key external stakeholders. What Makes You Stand Out: You have a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field 3+ years of relevant experience; Excellent writing and editing skills, ability to develop pitches and press materials in both Bulgarian and English Experienced in the creation of social and public narratives through written and visual content; Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environment; Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; Sensitivity to cultural trends and news cycles, as well as influencers and political figures; Self-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills; Collaborate well with a variety of internal and external partners; Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English.
