You would take the lead in navigating through ambiguity, putting ideas into wireframes and prototyping into screens. Your work contributes to solving the challenges of design in the blockchain space, allowing the technology and its benefits to be accessible to more people out there who would like to get started but do not know where to begin. Responsibilities Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, user flow, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Plan and conduct user research and competitive product analysis. Translate research findings into actionable next steps for the product. Work with engineers to scope out red routes and edge cases for user flows. Present and justify design decisions to team members Discover design optimization points Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Data Science, or equivalent relevant experience. • Experience working with stakeholders, designers, and engineers directly. • 2 -3 years of UX experience designing and shipping end-to-end products. • A motivated self-starter with the initiative to take an idea from conception to completion. • A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms. • Ability to take on new challenges in fast-paced agile environments. • A team player with the ability to work effectively remotely. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
