Position Summary As a Senior Operations Analyst in the Middle Office, you will analyze financial data to provide insights to business stakeholders to aid in the decision-making of crucial projects, and gather research and business development. Job Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, analysis, and management of financial data Participate in daily trade capture, and reconciliation, and prepare routine reporting to business stakeholders Assist in trading account setup, maintenance, monitoring, and tracking Participate in system improvements and new system development to suit the business needs Liaise with external partners to support the business operations Support daily operations to ensure deliverables and internal supports are met Assist in other tasks assigned by the manager Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields Previous work experience preferably in the field of Banking, Finance, and Trading handling large volumes of financial processing and reporting Preferably having relevant experience for 3-7 years Good understanding of financial instruments (e.g. futures and options) Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet (including features such as pivot tables, lookup, macro) A team player, who is also comfortable taking individual ownership Ability to multi-task, take initiative, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills in English Able to converse in Mandarin is a plus Prior knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrencies is a plus Basic SQL skills are a plus Basic scripting skills (e.g. VBA, Python, JavaScript) is a plus
