Web3 Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and take on important responsibilities to help Bitwise scale. You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations and Analytics, playing a key role in enabling the success of Bitwise’s marketing team. What You Will Do You’ll help source, integrate, administer, and optimize Bitwise’s full MarTech stack. You’ll track and report on the performance of integrated marketing campaigns, deploying models and dashboards used in forecasting, CAC, LTV, and ROI measurement. You’ll help implement high-priority marketing initiatives such as lead scoring, account mapping, and attribution models. You will help drive marketing’s data strategy, ensuring that we have the data that we need in the places that we need it to drive marketing objectives. You’ll drive improvements in campaign and website performance by standardizing plans for AB testing and optimization. You will manage our tags, maintain fields, and ensure data consistency across our Web CMS and campaign assets. You’ll govern the usage of web, email, event, and document metadata for optimal engagement scoring. You’ll plan and execute email campaigns with marketing automation capabilities, including dynamic content, subscription types, active lists, and workflows. You will liaise with the dev team and content owners to help the project manage website updates and improvements. Who You Are You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You have 5+ years of combined experience in marketing and analytics roles. You have 2+ years of experience building and maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Google Data Studio and/or in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Semrush. You have 1+ years of hands-on admin experience in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Eloqua, or Marketo. You have direct hands-on experience onboarding, administering, and/or optimizing at least three marketing tools other than a MAP. You have first-hand familiarity with how a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot is leveraged by marketing and sales organizations. You’re fluent at manipulating data through sorting, filtering, pivoting, grouping, etc. Your basic knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus. Your first-hand experience with agile project management (sprints, scrums, etc.) is a plus. You have exceptional time management, organization, and self-motivation abilities.
