Web3 Data Engineer

BitSight’s Business Intelligence and Analytics team is responsible for building a Data Warehouse and KPIs in order to provide insights to different departments of the organization. Analyze data sets using statistical techniques and effectively communicate trends and patterns that enhance the opportunities for the business Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues About You: We are looking for developers/engineers passionate about building data applications to collect, aggregate, and analyze data at scale using continuous incremental development methodologies. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus, drive, determination, and the strength of character to challenge the status quo. What You Should Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent related work experience. MBA or other Master's degree is a plus 3+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling, building data pipelines, and data visualizations Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases Experience in Snowflake, Redshift, or comparable MPP data warehouse solutions Experience in programming languages like python, java, etc Experience building reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc Experience with code management tools, such as Bitbucket, GitHub, etc Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies Familiarity with Fivetran or comparable ELT tools such as Stitch, Matillion, Rivery, etc. Familiarity with DBT Familiarity with Data Orchestration tools such as Airflow Diversity.
