A Glimpse into Your Future at WOO What will you be working on? Own the data and analysis for growth funnels and channels and identify and share insights that will impact growth strategies Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identity opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth. Lead the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of our products. Influence and inform product teams through the presentation of data-based recommendations. Planning report structures, making metrics visually appealing and easy to understand, and automating the reporting process in our BI system Find patterns in lead and customer data to inform targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring/routing strategies Measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end Who will you be working with? Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations What challenges will you face? Fast-paced working environment. Learning ability and communication skills Self-management ability and a team working with people from different countries. What tech stacks/skills will you be using? Strong competency with SQL Experience working with statistical techniques, and algorithms Experience with data governance.
