What will you do: Stakeholders’ and users’ analysis Solution definition (business process description, solution approach definition, solution scope definition) Scoping feature requirements (business and user’s goals definition and confirmation, requirements elicitation, requirements validation, requirements approval/sign-off) Review and clarify the project charter requirements to fully understand the scope and objectives Requirements management (scope change management, requirements traceability organization, requirements prioritization management) Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and UI/UX teams to define the requirements and document them Ensuring that product documentation is kept up to date and assisting in the preparation of release notes for the new product features Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the backlog and plan the roadmap Close collaboration with the Development Team to ensure all backlog items are clearly defined with acceptance criteria and meet the Definition of Ready Assisting in the definition and execution of test scenarios to ensure that new functionality releases fully meet our functional and non-functional requirements We expect: You must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a business analyst or product owner in fintech or crypto Have an understanding and be able to apply in daily tasks: market research techniques, competitor analysis techniques, user experience principles You need to be able to define business acceptance tests set to check functionality readiness You need to be able to review test cases when applicable Have an understanding of how an API works Have an understanding of the basic principles of cryptocurrencies and blockchain Have experience in documenting technical requirements: sequence diagram, Entity Relationship diagram, API documentation You must have excellent negotiation, facilitating, and leadership skills English level - upper intermediate. Nice to have: Understanding the entire payment lifecycle from payments initiation to execution, settlement (including treasury management), reconciliation, and billing is highly desirable Being “crypto native” Understanding of basics of KYC/AML procedures Previous experience working with consumer-facing projects - mobile and WEB.
