Crypto Research Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Crypto Research Analyst to lead our research initiatives and drive alpha generation for our community of DeFi yield farmers and crypto investors.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Conduct deep fundamental and technical analysis of crypto markets, protocols, and emerging DeFi opportunities

• Research and evaluate new yield farming strategies, liquidity mining programs, and protocol launches

• Monitor on-chain metrics, TVL flows, and market sentiment to identify high-yield opportunities

• Create comprehensive research reports and investment theses for our DAO members

• Collaborate with our strategy team to implement and optimize yield strategies

• Track and analyze performance of existing positions and strategies

🔧 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in crypto/DeFi research, traditional finance, or quantitative analysis

• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Compound, Curve, Convex, etc.)

• Proficiency in on-chain analysis tools (Dune Analytics, Nansen, DefiLlama, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Python, R, or SQL

• Knowledge of yield farming strategies, impermanent loss, and liquidity provision

• Understanding of tokenomics, governance mechanisms, and protocol economics
